Assoc. Prof. Guanglei Wu

Experience: Assoc. Prof. Guanglei Wu received his PhD in robotics from Aalborg University, Denmark, 2013, and worked as an industrial Postdoc fellow in Aalborg University from 2014 to 2016. He was a visiting scholar in the Research Institute in Communications and Cybernetics of Nantes (IRCCyN, currently reorganized as Laboratory of Digital Sciences of Nantes-LS2N) in June-July 2012, in McGill University in Aug. 2015, and in Aarhus University in 2020. Currently, he is an associate professor in School of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology (DUT). His research interests include robotic technology, conceptual design and performance evaluation of robots, robot dynamics and control, industrial robots and their applications. He has published one monography by Springer, 9 Chinese patents, and over 80 peer-reviewed articles in international journals and conferences. He was the awardee of AIS Expert of Year 2021, DUT Xinhai 1000 Youth Talent program (2018-2020), Best paper from IFToMM Asian MMS & CCMMS 2016, Academic Awards from Dept. Sci. Tech. Liaoning province, Longcheng Talent program by Changzhou Municipality. He has given over 10 keynote speeches for the international conferences. He is the referee for over 50 international journals and conferences in the fields of mechanisms and robots.
Prof. Ning Sun
Nankai University, China
Experience: Prof. Ning Sun received the B.S. degree in measurement & control technology and instruments (with honors) from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering (with honors) from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 2014. He is an IEEE Senior Member.
He is currently a Full Professor with the Institute of Robotics and Automatic Information Systems, Nankai University, Tianjin, China. His research interests include intelligent control for mechatronic/robotic systems with an emphasis on (industrial) applications.
Dr. Sun received the IEEE Outstanding Paper Award for the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (corresponding author), the Machines 2021 Young Investigator Award, the prestigious Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Postdoctoral Fellowship for Research in Japan (Standard), the ICCAR 2022 Young Scientist Award, the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Excellent Youth Award in 2019, the China 10 Scientific and Technological Developments in Intelligent Manufacturing (2nd achiever) in 2019, the Outstanding Paper Award of the 2021 International Conference on Applied Nonlinear Dynamics, Vibration, and Control (corresponding author), etc. He serves as the Executive Editor for Measurement and Control, and an Associate Editor (editorial board member) for several journals, including Frontiers in Neurorobotics, International Journal of Control, Automation, and Systems, IET Cyber-Systems & Robotics, Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control, International Journal of Precision Engineering and Manufacturing, etc. In addition, he has been an Associate Editor of the IEEE Control Systems Society (CSS) Conference Editorial Board (including ACC, IEEE CDC) since July 2019, and he is/was an Associate Editor for the top robotics conferences IEEE ICRA and IEEE/RSJ IROS.
Assoc. Prof. Lisu Yu

Experience: Assoc. Prof. Lisu Yu has published lots of top international journals or flagship conferences papers as the first author or corresponding author, including IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine, IEEE Communications Standards Magazine, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, and so on. He has served as the student activities chair of IEEE Communication Society Chengdu Chapter and several international conferences technical program committee (TPC) member, Section Chair and Special Track Chair, including IEEE BigData, IEEE WCSP, and so on.
